SETTING CLEAR INTENTIONS FOR 2019

This is a great activity I put together for myself and I thought you might enjoy it too!
Intentions are quite different from goals. I see goals as HOW to achieve something. Intentions are WHY based on values, lifestyle choices and true purpose.
So let’s take a look at values. Take a look at the list below and circle 5 values that stand out for you.

Now let’s take a look at lifestyle choices.
What is the ideal lifestyle choice for you right now, if you were to choose a guilt free way of living, within your budget.
