Meet Jessica Veenstra

From a young age, movement has been an absolute priority for me - from my regular dance class and athletics competitions to making obstacle courses and jumping across hay bales at my family farm in South West Victoria, I was naturally drawn to a career in fitness.

10 years in the industry has got me to owning my own gym where a huge ethos of mine is to create opportunity to move your body no matter your fitness level, build community to encourage meaningful conversation and to help remove roadblocks when it comes to attaining a healthy lifestyle.

I have a passion for combining the conventional and fundamental with unconventional and explorative to keep training exciting and fun. I love finding new ways to incorporate our base movements with new challenges to keep my clients on their toes!
