Welcome BOYD RAE

Boyd grew up on a wheat and sheep farm in the central great southern wheat belt town of Katanning in Western Australia.

He has always enjoyed being active in his local and surrounding  communities. Boyd has been involved in agriculture his whole life and loves the rural community spirit. He has spent the last 3 years studying and obtaining various qualifications, with the last 2 years being focused on health and wellbeing.

Boyd has completed his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and is currently studying Health Promotion, full time through Curtin University. There are so many benefits in keeping active besides from fat loss; you can keep your bones strong, keep your veins elastic and reduce the risk of falls/accidents which all improve quality of life, not to mention the social benefits as well.

Boyd wants to give back to the rural communities which have given him so much and he believe’s that by running Active Farmers classes that this is a fantastic way to do so.

Come down, have a laugh and get a sweat on with some friends, Boyd can’t wait to see you there!
