Introducing Aeneva Poulish

My name is Aeneva, and I am excited to be joining the Active Farmers team in 2023 as a Trainer, providing group fitness classes to Dalwallinu and the surrounding communities.

I am based in the small wheatbelt town on Dalwallinu, Western Australia. I am passionate and dedicated to improving physical health and mental wellbeing of those in regional communities.

After growing up in a sporting orientated family, I have always valued the benefits that physical activity and community have on the mental health of myself and those around me.

Over the years, I have been involved in sporting communities as a coach, umpire, and team player, all at a volunteer capacity. This has led me to discover not only my passion for physical health but the influence it can have on all aspects of life.

This underlying passion in sport has led me to undertake studies in sport and exercise science. First completing Physical Education studies in high school and completing a Certificate 2 in sport coaching, I have gone on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Murdoch University in Perth WA.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to provide a platform that will bring the community together through regular fitness classes, while also improving both mental and physical health in the district.

I look forward to being of involved with building a stronger, more resilient community, while we get a sweat on and have a laugh together.

Who can come?

Active Farmers’ Classes are welcome to anyone in the Dalwallinu community. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you have or how much experience you have, our programs are designed to be suitable for everyone.
