Delicious green smoothie recipe

There is nothing more refreshing than a green smoothie, especially after some morning exercise. Yes, it might not look that delicious but it definitely is a lot nicer than it looks1

This green smoothie this recipe is so delicious and so refreshing! Just blend up an orange, a handful of spinach, a few sprigs of mint, a small knob of ginger, a squeeze of lemon, ½ cup coconut water and a handful of ice  It’s a good snack alternative when a plain piece of fruit just isn't going to cut it + still relatively. low in energy + the spinach adds an extra dose of veggies + a source of vitamin C (from the orange and spinach) which plays a number of roles in the body including being important in immune responses and wound healing.
