Sometimes simple is best

For slow Sunday mornings why not start the day with this simple, but delicious breaky???

Anna Ross has put together a healthy breakfast based around her chooks freshly laid eggs :) 

Throw together two poached eggs, grilled tomato and 1/4 of an avocado on multi grain bread and top with some fresh herbs - simple perfection!

This is an ideal breaky for any day of the week - as always the macronutirents to fuel a great start to the day - protein, carbs, healthy fats and fibre. Avocados are a good source of healthy monounsaturated fats, folate, fibre and antioxidants vitamin C and E which help to protect our bodies cells from free radical damage.
