ACTIVE FARMERS GAMES 2020
Registrations are NOW OPEN!
Due to popular demand the Active Farmers Games will be held
at Lake Centenary, Temora NSW, Saturday 14th March!!!
We have taken on some feedback and the next Games will include two obstacle course events - one that is timed, and one that isn’t timed. This way we can cater for those who want to compete and those who just want to have some fun! We have also opened the two main events up to enable 14 - 18 yo people to participate in a team.
We will also be hosting the kids obstacle course again this year, however registration is required prior to the day (downloadable form below) - This is a FREE event. Note: anyone under 18 will be required to complete the Junior Registration form and have parental/guardian consent, and indicate on the form which event they wish to enter.
In addition, we are planning to extend the day and include some ‘easy listening music’ afterwards so that everyone can relax, put their feet up and enjoy each others company for the afternoon. We will also have table and chairs, some kids entertainment and plenty of food on offer across the day!

Active Farmers Games 2019
81 participants completed 14 obstacles at Lake Centenary, Saturday 23rd March, Temora, NSW 2019
The aim of this event was to raise the importance of physical & mental health.
We also wanted to inspire more men to get off the farm, or out of the house, to give it a go. We encouraged families to attend by having a kids course, plus DJ Leighton Marshall, emcee Gus Worland from Gotcha4Life, and of course a delicious brunch supplied by Rotary Temora, CWA and others.
48 kids completed a course designed by local Games Committee member, John Harper and his trusty tribe of helpers.
Special thanks must go to Julie, Laurie and Earl for spending nearly a week with John setting up the courses.
Thank you to the 55 volunteers who assisted over the days leading up to the games, during the event and dismantling all the obstacles afterwards.
