Lets introduce Tracey!

I was born and raised in Mudgee NSW.  I married a local born and bred man from Dunedoo and moved there after we were married. We have 2 children Isabelle 20, who is an Interior Designer and Jake 18, who is a first year apprentice Heavy Diesel Mechanic.

I am the local swimming coach and also coach a junior netball team which I have for many years.

I am in my 32nd year of Dental Nursing which started when I finished school. This is part time, so in late 2016 I decided to enrol in a Personal Training course.

In November 2016  I became a qualified PT with Cert 3 and Cert 4. I have also completed a short course in nutrition and strength training.

I am passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. I believe exercise is very therapeutic and great for the mind.

Recently with the devastating bushfire which swept through our small community, exercise and mental well being is crucial. With the support of Active Farmers and Delta, my being part of this program, can help so many farmers and community members affected by the fire, by just providing an outlet and meeting place to have some fun and a chat.
