Zucchini & Carrot Slice from The Healthy Baker
This week we have been experimenting with some fabulous flour from the Healthy Baker, and one of their delicious zucchini & carrot slice recipes!
Zuchinni & carrot slice is one of those staple meals that is always a crowd pleaser and good way to sneak in extra veggies! It's the perfect thing to fill an empty stomach., have in the freezer or simply have as a snack.
The Healthy Baker make a range of low FODMAP flours which are designed specifically for those with sensitive stomachs (which is a lot of people these days!). The four is produced at Australia's largest flout mill at Manildra and utilises high quality Australian ingredients.

What are FODMAPs?
Put simply, FODMAPs are a collection of short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that aren’t absorbed properly in the gut, which can trigger symptoms in people with IBS.
