Active Farmers @ Cowra launch event Sunday 19th February!

To celebrate the introduction by Tory Nicholas of Active Farmers to Cowra we, in conjunction with @cowrabringhealthyback are running a FREE Active Farmer class, followed by breakfast with a gold coin donation going to local charity Headspace. 

The event will be suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and we encourage families, friends, farmers to and Cowra residents to all come down for what will be a very fun morning! 

We have chosen to support Headspace to raise awareness of the importance of not only physical health, but also mental health. 

WHEN: Sunday 19th February at 8am

WHERE: Brougham Park

WHO: All farmers and community residents in Cowra and surrounds! All levels of fitness and ability welcome!

WHAT TO BRING: Water, a mat if you have one and a gold coin for Headspace

Dont be shy - the more the merrier - spread the word Cowra because its going to be lots of fun!!!
