Bri is a Fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years industry experience. Bri's passion for health and fitness is shown through the success of all of her clients, having had countless achievements from working with athletes to beginners! Her knowledge has helped national level marathon runners smash their PBs, to incredible weight loss transformations, muscle gain and much more. She has worked with semi-professional athletes, Australian models, celebrities and the everyday person simply wanting to improve their health and lifestyle!
Bri works closely with her clients, Coaching them to live their goals through a holistic approach towards Training coupled with Food and nutrition- teaching you to Fuel your body to smash your physical goals- making you healthy mentally, emotionally and physically!
Bri believes it's all about how you FEEL! She believes you've got to find what you enjoy about exercise and do it.. that way it will never seem like a chore!
